1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using lenuhome.com (the "Site") or purchasing any LÉNU product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Company
LÉNU Home Collections is operated from Dallas, Texas, United States. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Slight variation between artisan pieces is intrinsic to handcrafted goods and is not a defect. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. LÉNU reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including for stock, pricing-error, or fraud-prevention reasons.
5. Pre-Orders & Deposits
Pre-order pieces require a non-refundable 30% deposit. Production timelines are estimates; LÉNU is not liable for atelier or shipping delays outside its control.
6. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other listed payment methods. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.
8. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — imagery, text, designs, and trademarks — is the property of LÉNU Home Collections and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LÉNU's total liability arising from any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
