Returns & Exchanges.

Every LÉNU piece is composed to be lived with for a lifetime. If a piece is not entirely right for your home, the following terms apply.

30-Day Return Window

Stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original keepsake packaging with all tags intact.

Final-Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Made-to-order and pre-order pieces
  • Custom upholstery, fabric, or finish selections
  • Wallpaper rolls once cut or unwrapped
  • Sale and clearance pieces
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Initiating a Return

Email returns@lenuhome.com within the 30-day window with your order number and a brief reason. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid label or white-glove pickup arrangement within 2 business days.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture, lighting, and oversized pieces require white-glove pickup. A flat pickup fee of $185 within the contiguous U.S. applies, deducted from your refund.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business daysof inspection. Original shipping charges and white-glove delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect every delivery on arrival. Report damages within 48 hours with photographs to hello@lenuhome.com. We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For exchanges, place a new order and process the original as a standard return. This ensures your replacement ships immediately.

International Returns

International orders may be returned at the customer's expense. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact us before shipping any international return.
